ConnieFROSTPassed away peacefully on 6th April in Llandudno Hospital after along illness bravely bourne with dignity. Dear Wife of Terry, loving Mum of Susan and Christopher, Mother in law of Pauline, treasured Nanna of Emma, Sally and Vicky. So sadly missed by her Sisters, Brothers families and friends. Funeral service to be held at St John's Methodist Church Llandudno on Monday 14th April at 1.00pm, followed by interment at Llanrhos Lawn Cemetery.
